Operator & Staff Training
We offer a wide variety of training. These trainings can be provided at a variety of locations such as at customer site, at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC, webinar, tradeshows, or conferences. These can be tailored to a 1 hour, 1 day, or a series of courses based on your training needs.
Ink 101 Training is great for those new to working with ink or a good refresher on ink basics. This covers how ink works with the flexographic printing process and ink/print quality control measures. General topics covered include:
- The relationship between anilox volume and color strength.
- Ink pH management
- Ink viscosity management
- Effects of temperature on ink viscosity
- Basic components of an ink
